Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
SHIPPING
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Shipments are mailed out daily, as we make it our goal to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Our current processing time is 3-4 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping takes 2-8 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their shipment within a week of ordering. During holidays and weekends please allow 5-8 business days for the order to be fulfilled.
Rush shipments are shipped out same business day if order is placed before 2:00pm MST via USPS Priority Mail and take approximately 2-3 business days to receive, but may take longer due to carrier delay.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, please start the process here. Once the item in need of an exchange has been shipped to our location, we will mail out an exact exchange or an exchange of equal or lesser value.

The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.

RETURNS
The satisfaction of our customers is a top priority and we would be happy to help process your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and be in the original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Once we receive the item back to our location and have ensured it meets the return criteria stated above, we will issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping charges.
